Snigdha, you really think this is a move inspired by Junglee? IMHO, this does nothing to strengthen Flipkart from whatever Junglee/Amazon may do out there. I also doubt if Flipkart will want to operate multiple brands at this early a stage, especially in electronics which is core of the horizontal ecommerce play.

Besides the obvious lift in topline, I think the real benefit Flipkart may get out of this is to reduce the intense pricing competition in the electronics space. If eliminating a price-driven competitor like Letsbuy help Flipkart increase a percentage point in margin or customer acquisition cost, that would perhaps pay back for this acquisition.
