As part of the solution’s pre-launch, the company has rolled out the solution to over 3,000 students through tie-ups with 25 schools across multiple cities including Patna, Jaipur and Agra.
The XtraClass content can be accessed on any Android-based tablet device. The company will hook up schools with WiFi routers which will access iProf’s servers over a secure connection. Students will be able to access content additions and upgrades on a real-time basis. The company has partnered with technology service providers such as IBM, Wipro and Sify to implement an end-to-end solution for content management and delivery, said a press release.
